SIA ZEN DESIGN, registration no. 40203458588, legal address Jūrmala, Lielais prospekts 9-2, LV-2010, Latvia (hereinafter – the online store), provides the content available on the website and delivers goods/services in accordance with the Terms & Conditions set out below.
1. General Provisions
1.1. When a consumer purchases goods or services through the SOLOMÉ Studio website, the agreement is considered a Distance Contract, governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, including, but not limited to, the Consumer Rights Protection Law, the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts”, and other applicable legislation.
2. Ordering
2.1. Product prices, descriptions, and specifications are indicated next to each product in the online store.
2.2. To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart, fill in the required information, select a delivery method, and confirm the purchase by making payment. The total cost, including delivery, will be displayed before payment.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. The currency of settlement is Euro (EUR).
3.2. All payments are securely processed via WooPayments. We accept:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Other local and international payment methods supported by WooPayments
3.3. Payment must be completed before the order is processed and shipped.
3.4. Personal data necessary for payment is transferred to WooPayments, a licensed payment institution, solely for processing the transaction.
3.5. The contract becomes effective once payment is successfully received. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the buyer will be notified, and the paid amount will be refunded within 14 days.
4. Delivery
4.1. Goods are delivered to the following European countries: Latvia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Lithuania, Estonia.
4.2. We also deliver to the United Kingdom.
4.3. Delivery is carried out via pick-up points and couriers.
4.4. All duties, taxes, and customs fees payable at the destination are the buyer’s responsibility.
4.5. Estimated delivery times:
United Kingdom (UK): Deliveries typically take 4–10 business days.
4.6. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days, with prior notice to the customer.
European Union (EU): Most orders are delivered within 3–8 business days from our European warehouses. Some items, including made-to-order products, may take up to 2–3 weeks.
5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1. The buyer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
5.2. To exercise this right, the buyer must submit a withdrawal request to info@solomestudio.com within 14 days.
5.3. Goods must be returned without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice.
5.4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
5.5. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, except when the return is due to an incorrect or defective product.
5.6. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been used beyond normal inspection, damaged, or if the original packaging is lost or damaged in a way that reduces the product’s value.
6. Consumer Rights Regarding Non-Conforming Goods
6.1. The online store is responsible for goods that do not conform to the contract or are defective, if such defects are discovered within 6 months of delivery.
6.2. The buyer must notify the seller of non-conformity within 2 months of discovering it. Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@solomestudio.com.
6.3. If the goods are defective, the buyer has the right to request repair, replacement, or a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
6.4. The seller provides a written response within 15 days of receiving a complaint.
7. Processing of Personal Data
7.1. The online store processes only the personal data necessary for fulfilling orders (e.g., name, surname, e-mail, phone number, delivery address).
7.2. Personal data may be transferred to transport service providers solely for the purpose of delivering goods.
7.3. With explicit consent, the customer’s e-mail may be used for newsletters and marketing communications. Customers may opt-out at any time by contacting info@solomestudio.com
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Matters not covered by these Terms & Conditions are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
8.2. Disputes should first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes will be settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
8.3. Consumers may also refer disputes to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) or use the Online Dispute Resolution platform of the European Union.
